Why are the ENJO fibres only available by direct sales?

Seeing is believing. At ENJO Singapore we believe that people should be able to see the products work in their own home, on their own dirt. We believe that customer service is the cornerstone of our business and we stand behind our warranties and guarantees and this is best done through direct sales.

How are ENJO products made?

All ENJO products are made in the European Union, under strict environmental standards. They are made as environmentally friendly as possible - as they work in the household: without animal testing in research, without child labor in production and without unnecessary waste packaging for shipping.

What are ENJO products made out of?

ENJO makes fibres with polyester, acrylic, polyamide and cotton for its cloths and gloves with multifunctional qualities.

What is the average lifespan of ENJO cloths and gloves?

Provided that ENJO fibres are properly treated they last for 2-3 years, even in the case of tough use, such as the daily cleaning-up in large households.

How many different fibres are needed for cleaning?

ENJO recommends starting off with the ENJO Home Starter or Home Care Pack. Using the Home Starter or Home Care Pack, all areas of any household can be cleaned, chemical free.

ENJO fibres work only with water, how is it possible to save water that way?

Any chemical cleaners that are diluted with water need water for washing off. As ENJO fibres work mechanically and as it is not necessary to wash the surface again, you will save up to 90% of valuable water.

Is there any obligation to buy at an ENJO demo?

Of course not! ENJO demos are for presenting the option of chemical free cleaning. We believe that ENJO products sell themselves, and our Consultants are there to teach you the ENJO way.

Is it actually clean without the use of chemicals?

YES! ENJO fibres clean mechanically rather than chemically. ENJO fibres are microscopic and go down into the smallest pores and thinnest cracks and removes dirt and bacteria. The surface is up to 100% bacteria free. ENJO fibres are scientifically proven to clean up to 6 times better than chemical cleaners. What about bacteria?

Cleaning with ENJO fibres can physically remove bacteria. Also, through drying with our ENJOfil we create an environment where bacteria cannot survive. Chemical residue in traditional cleaning methods activate bacteria growth. ENJO leaves the surface clean.
